Hi, I’m Julie and I live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I’m in the process of finishing up a Diploma in Web Programming at Concordia University and I work remotely as a Customer Support Specialist. In past lives, I was the Chatting Online Guide at About.com (and still run GoodChatting.com), I’ve been a community manager, I was the Head of Customer Success at a small startup here in Montreal and a bunch of other things.
